Kathmandu (1,400 m)
Airport welcome, hotel transfer, trek briefing and welcome dinner.
- 2Day 2
Phakding (2,610 m)
Scenic flight to Lukla, then trek through pine forest along the Dudh Koshi river.
- 3Day 3
Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
Cross suspension bridges and climb steeply to the Sherpa capital, with first Everest views.
- 4Day 4
Namche — acclimatization
Hike to the Everest View Hotel (3,880 m) and visit the Sherpa Culture Museum.
- 5Day 5
Tengboche (3,867 m)
Descend to the river, climb through rhododendron forest, attend evening prayer at the monastery.

Dingboche (4,410 m)
Pass Pangboche monastery and climb into the Imja Valley with Island Peak views.
- 7Day 7
Dingboche — acclimatization
Day hike to Nagarjun Hill (5,100 m) for Makalu and Lhotse views.

Lobuche (4,940 m)
Trek along the Khumbu Glacier lateral moraine, passing the climber memorials.

Everest Base Camp (5,364 m)
Trek to Gorak Shep, then on to Base Camp — stand at the foot of the world’s highest mountain.

Kala Patthar & Pheriche (4,280 m)
Pre-dawn climb to Kala Patthar (5,545 m) for the sunrise panorama, then descend to Pheriche.

Namche Bazaar
Retrace your steps downhill through Tengboche and familiar villages.
- 12Day 12
Lukla (2,860 m)
Final trail day across suspension bridges, celebration dinner with the Sherpa team.

Kathmandu
Early-morning flight from Lukla, free time in Thamel or visit Pashupatinath.
